The short version
- We use your child's details only to make their worksheets.
- Nothing leaves your device until you make an account.
- Stripe handles payments. We never see your card number.
- We do not show ads. We do not use tracking or analytics cookies.
- You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Who this site is for
School Bus Worksheets is for parents, guardians and teachers. Children do not use this site and do not give us information. An adult fills in the quiz and makes the account. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Before you make an account
The quiz asks for your child's first name, the names of family, friends and pets, favorite things, favorite color, grade and what to practice. The questions and the PDF are made inside your browser from those answers. Until you make an account, all of it is saved only in your browser on the device you are using.
What we collect when you make an account
- Your first name and email. We use your email to log you in with a one-time code. There is no password.
- Your agreement. We record the date you agreed to the Terms and this policy, and whether you said yes to marketing emails.
- Your family's profiles and questions. The quiz answers and the questions made from them are saved to your account, so they are there when you log in on another device.
- Purchase records. When you buy a pack or start the monthly plan, Stripe tells us what you bought and whether the payment went through.
- Teacher requests. Your name, school email, school name, grade and message, if you send the teacher form.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting company records standard request details such as IP address, browser type and time. We use these to keep the site running and to stop abuse.
We ask for first names only. Please do not enter last names, addresses, birthdays or school names for a child.
How we use it
- To make your child's worksheets and keep them in your account.
- To send login codes and a link to your workbook.
- To email you about new worksheets, products and offers, only if you checked that box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To reply to teachers and tell them when the classroom version is ready.
- To provide what you paid for and to handle billing questions.
- To keep the site secure.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
Who helps us run the site
- Stripe processes payments and stores payment records, including your email. Stripe's payment form, which opens on our workbook page when you pay, uses Stripe's own cookies. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and the database that holds your account.
- Resend sends our emails. It receives your first name and email address.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It sets one cookie to keep you logged in. It uses your browser's storage to keep your child's profile and questions on your device.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
- Delete your account and everything in it with "Delete my account" at the bottom of the workbook page.
- Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you. Email [email protected].
- Cancel the monthly plan any time from "Manage or cancel" in the app.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. There are no passwords to steal. Login codes expire after 10 minutes. Payment details go straight to Stripe. We ask for as little about your child as we can.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
